Hazus

Hazus from the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is a GIS-based risk assessment system: it estimates physical damage, economic loss and social impacts of floods, hurricane winds and earthquakes, including ShakeMap scenarios, on buildings, infrastructure and population. State-level databases for the US download automatically. It is used by engineers, planners and emergency agencies for mitigation plans and for comparing risk-reduction options. Limitations: it requires ArcGIS Pro, a paid commercial product, to be installed first, and Windows 11; the built-in databases cover the US only, so use elsewhere requires preparing your own data; the tsunami module is not yet available in the ArcGIS Pro version.
