ModelMuse is what turns MODFLOW from research code into a working tool. You define geometry, layers, conductivity and boundary conditions over a map or aerial image, and it writes the input files, runs the solution and displays results as head maps, flow paths and time series. It supports MODFLOW 6 and earlier versions, as well as PHAST and SUTRA.
The main limitation: it runs on Windows only.
