AAS — The Complete Guide: Free Design of Anchors in Concrete for Every Failure Mode

AAS is ADIT’s core anchor design tool: a browser calculator that checks anchors and anchor groups in concrete against the main failure modes, in tension, shear and combined loading, and issues a calculation report you can submit. It is free, needs no registration or installation, and has a Hebrew interface.

What you get

Why not by hand

A single anchor in the middle of a thick wall is a simple calculation. But an anchor group near an edge, with shear and tension together, needs several failure modes checked and the governing one taken — exactly where mistakes are easy. AAS runs these checks in a fixed order and documents them.

The bottom line

AAS covers most of the concrete anchoring cases that come up on site, with a full report — free and with nothing to install.
