AERMOD

AERMOD is an air dispersion model from the US Environmental Protection Agency. It computes ground-level concentrations around stacks, area sources and volume sources, taking into account meteorology, terrain and the effect of nearby buildings. Environmental and air-quality engineers around the world use it for impact assessments and permit applications. It is a command-line program; the source code and executables are free.
