PEST++

A USGS toolset for calibrating numerical models against measurements, which works with any program that reads and writes text files. It includes deterministic calibration (glm), an ensemble smoother (ies), global sensitivity analysis (sen), optimisation under uncertainty (opt) and multi-objective optimisation (mou), data assimilation and parallel scenario runs. It is especially common for calibrating MODFLOW and hydrological models. It requires preparing control files and templates in PEST format.
