RTKLIB processes raw GNSS observations to centimetre accuracy: real-time RTK against a base station, post-processed kinematic (PPK), and static solutions for long baselines. It supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS, reads RINEX and vendor formats, and connects to NTRIP streams from permanent station networks.

This is what lets a survey with an inexpensive receiver or a drone reach accuracy that used to demand costly equipment. The package includes command-line tools and Windows applications, and it underpins many commercial products in the field.

What is missing: the interface is archaic, and using it correctly requires understanding the processing parameters.
