Bentley View opens more than 50 formats, including MicroStation DGN, DWG and DXF, IFC, iModel, point clouds and 3D reality meshes. You can navigate the model, search for elements, measure distances and areas, and print. It is especially useful for engineers who receive DGN drawings on infrastructure and transportation projects but have no MicroStation, or for reviewers and inspectors who only need to look at the drawings. Limitation: it is a viewer only, with no editing, and runs on Windows only.
