COMcheck
Download from the vendor www.energycodes.gov

COMcheck from the US Department of Energy checks whether a commercial or high-rise residential building meets the IECC and ASHRAE 90.1 energy codes. You enter the envelope assemblies, interior and exterior lighting and mechanical systems, and the program works out compliance and produces a report ready for submission. The recommended version runs in the browser and supports current codes (IECC up to 2024, 90.1 up to 2022). Suited to architects, HVAC and electrical engineers and energy consultants. Limitations: it is built on US codes, and the older Windows desktop version no longer receives new codes.
