A lightweight CAD viewer that opens SOLIDWORKS parts, assemblies and drawings, eDrawings files and DWG and DXF files, lets you rotate and inspect them, and on desktop save to further formats. The mobile versions also offer augmented-reality viewing. Suited to engineers, clients and shop-floor staff who receive models from suppliers and want to check them without a CAD licence. Limitation: it is a viewer only — you cannot edit geometry, and some tools, such as VR and saving as an HTML page, plus measure, markup and cross-sections on mobile, are reserved for the Professional edition.
