Big Ladder Software

Elements
Download from the vendor bigladdersoftware.com

Elements opens and saves weather files in EnergyPlus and DOE-2 formats and shows them in a convenient editable spreadsheet. When you change a value such as temperature or humidity, it automatically preserves the psychrometric and solar relationships between variables. It has tools to offset, scale and normalise data series, copy to and from Excel, edit the file header, switch between SI and IP units and plot several variables in a line chart. It is used to adapt a nearby station’s weather file to a project site or to create a weather file for a future scenario. Limitation: the last release came out in 2016 and the project is no longer developed.
