Giswater
Download from the vendor www.giswater.org

Giswater manages the urban water cycle – water supply, sewer and urban drainage networks – inside QGIS, with data stored in a PostgreSQL/PostGIS database. It lets you draw and update network features, attach documents, track asset states (planned, operational, obsolete) and export the network for hydraulic calculation in EPANET for water supply and EPA SWMM for sewer and drainage, including coupled 1D/2D modelling with IBER. Suited to water utilities, municipalities and hydraulic engineers who want one network database to run simulations from. Limitations: PostgreSQL and PostGIS must be installed and configured separately, the developers flag some functions as experimental, and most documentation and community activity is in Spanish.
