Graphite project
Graphite is a free vector graphics editor that runs in the browser without registration and combines ordinary layers with a procedural node graph: instead of moving each element separately you change parameters and the result updates. Work is done locally in the browser, and you can export to SVG, PNG and JPG at any resolution. It suits a student or engineer who wants to create simple schematics, icons and vector illustrations, or to try a parametric approach to design. Limitation: the project is still in alpha, raster editing and animation are only planned, and Inkscape is more mature for everyday work.
