Photopea is a full image editor that runs in the browser, with layers, masks, selection and retouching tools, and support for opening and saving PSD as well as formats such as XCF, SVG, PDF, TIFF, HEIC and common RAW files. An engineer can use it to mark up and crop site photos, prepare figures for a presentation or report, or open a PSD received from a designer without installing anything. According to the site, files never leave the computer and work can continue after disconnecting from the internet. Limitation: the free version shows ads, and heavy files can be slow in the browser.
