Potree
Download from the vendor potree.github.io

A browser point cloud viewer developed at TU Wien that can show scans of billions of points smoothly. It includes tools to measure distances, areas, volumes and height profiles, clipping, annotations and display of several clouds together. In engineering work it is used to share scans of sites and buildings with clients and partners who have no dedicated software. The cloud must first be converted with PotreeConverter and the result placed on a web server.
