Microsoft PowerToys

Microsoft’s official open-source utility pack for Windows. The tools include text extraction from anywhere on screen (OCR), an on-screen ruler, bulk renaming of many files with regular expressions, FancyZones for arranging windows on large monitors, a check of which process is locking a file, image resizing from the right-click menu and a colour picker. Handy for anyone working with several programs and monitors at once. Some tools need a recent version of Windows.
