SCIA Engineer is finite element software for structural analysis and design, with Eurocode checks for steel, concrete and timber. The student edition includes all modules and the same functionality as the commercial version, including BIM links to Revit and Tekla and IFC support, with no limit on the number of members. Limitations: files are saved in a student format (.ESAD) that cannot be converted to the commercial format, and all printed output carries a watermark. For higher-education students and professors, for educational use only.
