ScreenToGif

A Windows tool that records a screen area, a webcam or a sketch board and opens the recording in a frame editor. In the editor you delete and trim frames, add text, keystroke display and effects, and export to GIF, APNG, video or images. Useful for a short demonstration of steps in a program, documenting a bug or an internal guide. It requires the .NET desktop runtime and is also available from the Microsoft Store and Chocolatey.
