Solibri Anywhere

Solibri Anywhere is the free edition of one of the leading BIM quality assurance systems. It opens IFC and Solibri models, displays them in 3D with sections and measurement, and lets you navigate the findings of checks run in the commercial edition — clashes, rule violations, coordination issues — including BCF communication.

That makes it the right tool for the receiving side: a contractor, consultant or client who needs to see and respond to check results without buying the full system.

What is missing: it does not run checks itself — it only displays the results and the model.

Good to know: since April 2026 Solibri classifies Anywhere as a legacy product. Anyone who already has it installed can keep working free as long as they do not update to version 26.4.0 or later; newer releases have no free entitlement, and new users can no longer obtain it. A new user is better served by BIMvision, Open IFC Viewer or BIMcollab ZOOM.
