A 2D drafting program for engineering documentation: drawing layout, dimensions and annotation to ISO, ANSI and BSI standards, and diagramming. You can start a new drawing or import existing DWG files, and save in Solid Edge or DWG format; translation wizards help move over from AutoCAD and other 2D programs. The Goal Seek tool helps solve free-body diagrams. Suited to engineers and drafters who need tidy working drawings without a paid CAD licence. Limitation: there is no 3D modelling, and it runs on Windows only.
