WaveDrom

WaveDrom (Aliaksei Chapyzhenka)

WaveDrom

A tool that draws timing diagrams (waveforms) of digital signals from a short text description in a JSON-like format. You write the clock, data and signal sequences and get a clean diagram you can export into specifications, datasheets and presentations. It also draws register maps. It works in an online editor on the website and as an app for Windows, macOS and Linux. Very handy for hardware and FPGA engineers writing documentation. It is not a simulator — it only draws what you describe.
