A small tool that sits in the system tray and works with hotkeys: it zooms into part of the screen, lets you draw lines, arrows and rectangles and add text, shows a break timer, captures a screen region and records screen video. It also extracts text from a screen region. Especially useful in presentations and design reviews when you need to show a small detail in a drawing or model. The macOS version is separate and more limited.
