Ark

Ark is the archive manager of the KDE desktop on Linux. It creates ZIP, 7Z and TAR archives with GZ, BZ2, XZ or ZST compression, and also opens RAR (via unrar), ISO and CAB. You can browse an archive, preview a file inside it without extracting everything, add and delete files, and compress or extract straight from the file manager’s menu. It suits engineers on Linux who move bundles of data, models and calculation results. Limitation: format support depends on the command-line tools installed on the system.
