Download from the vendor etcher.balena.io

balenaEtcher writes an operating system image (ISO or IMG) to a USB drive or SD card in three steps: pick a file, pick a drive and flash. When done it verifies the write, and by default it hides system drives so you do not wipe your main disk by mistake. It is especially handy for preparing an SD card for a Raspberry Pi in a measurement or control project, and for writing a Linux distribution from any operating system. Limitations: it does not make bootable Windows installers (use Rufus for that), and being built on Electron it is relatively heavy.
