A notes app in which each entry is a node in a tree, with formatted text, syntax-highlighted code, tables, attachments and LaTeX equations. The whole notebook can be kept in a single file (SQLite or XML), optionally password-protected, and is easy to move between computers. It exports to PDF and HTML. It suits technical notebooks, documenting system settings, collecting formulas and project summaries.
