Czkawka scans folders and finds duplicate files by name, size or content, plus similar images and videos, duplicate music, empty folders and files, big files, broken links and files whose extension does not match their content. It suits cleaning a project server where the same drawings, site photos and PDFs were saved many times in different folders. The program does not go online or collect data, and keeps a cache so repeat scans are fast. Limitation: the recommended interface is now Krokiet, and the older GTK interface will not get new releases.
