HI Data Tool
Download from the vendor datatool.pumps.org

The HI Data Tool is the Hydraulic Institute's online reference and calculator library, developed and peer-reviewed by a committee of experts. It offers a pipe friction loss calculator, unit and kinematic/dynamic viscosity conversions, a line shaft bearing loss calculator, horizontal, vertical and spherical tank volumes and atmospheric pressure, alongside sections on pump types, NPSH, pump and system curves, definitions and references. It supports U.S. and metric units and runs in the browser without registration. Suited to mechanical, water and process engineers who need a quick check or background while designing pumping systems. Limitations: it is a set of separate calculators, not a whole-system modelling program, and it does not replace the full HI standards.
