LibrePlan is a project planning system that runs on a server and is used by the whole team in a browser. You build a work breakdown structure and dependencies on a Gantt chart, assign workers and machines and see their load, and report hours, materials and progress. Dashboards show time and cost deviations, and there is risk and issue management. It suits a company that wants a shared tool to plan and track several projects at once. Limitation: it is installed on a server (Docker or Tomcat), and there is no ready Windows package.
