Logseq

A knowledge-management program in which every note is an outline of nested bullets, with a journal page for each day, links between pages and a graph view of the connections. Notes are stored as Markdown or Org files on your computer, so the data stays in your hands. Engineers use it for design-meeting notes, project task lists, annotations on PDF files and a personal knowledge base. The new database version and real-time sync are still at an experimental stage.
