After scanning you can rotate, crop, reorder and adjust brightness, then save as PDF, TIFF, JPEG or PNG. Built-in OCR supports over 100 languages, so scanned documents become searchable. Free for individuals and businesses, with no ads. It also has a command-line interface for automation.
