oemof.solph
Download from the vendor oemof-solph.readthedocs.io

Part of the oemof energy modelling framework. You define buses, flows, converters and storage in Python, and solph builds a linear or mixed-integer optimisation problem from them and solves it. It is used to plan and operate electricity and heat systems, combined generation, storage, heat pumps and renewable integration, from a single building up to regional scale. A separate solver is needed, and the free CBC is recommended for most users. There is no graphical interface.
