Microsoft Office formats are its native formats, so layout is well preserved when exchanging documents, reports and calculation sheets with clients and suppliers. Engineers also use it to fill and sign PDF forms. Limitation: real-time co-editing requires connecting to an ONLYOFFICE cloud service or server.
