OpenProject is a full team project management system: Gantt charts, task boards, requirements management, time and cost tracking, a wiki and documents, with role-based permissions. The Community Edition is open and free and covers most capabilities; certain enterprise modules are reserved for the paid edition.
One thing to understand up front: this is a system you install on your own server (or with Docker), not a service you sign up for. That is an advantage when the data must stay with you, and a drawback if nobody maintains a server for you.
