ParaView

The visualisation and post-processing tool that comes after the simulation: load large result fields, cut sections, draw streamlines and isosurfaces, plot along a line or over time, and animate — all on models too large to open in an ordinary tool. It was built originally for the US national laboratories and is designed for data on the scale of millions of cells. It is the complementary half to OpenFOAM and the open FEA solvers.
