Passbolt is a password manager built for sharing within a team: you install the server on Linux or in Docker, and staff connect through a browser extension, a desktop app or mobile. Each password is encrypted with OpenPGP for every user allowed to see it, so even the server admin cannot read it. It suits a design office that shares supplier accounts, servers, project portals and permit systems between engineers without sending them by email. Limitation: it needs a server and basic maintenance and backup skills, and SSO, LDAP sync and the activity log are in the paid Pro edition.
