Shutter Encoder
Download from the vendor www.shutterencoder.com

Shutter Encoder puts a graphical interface on the power of FFmpeg: you choose files and a function, for example conversion to H.264, H.265, AV1 or ProRes, cutting without re-encoding, embedding subtitles, burning in text or timecode, LUT colour correction or adding a logo, and send them to a render queue. It suits preparing training and documentation videos in one consistent format, compressing large files for sending, and converting many clips at once with hardware acceleration. AI tools such as transcription and face blurring are also offered, some as separate plug-ins. Limitation: the interface is dense with options and finding the right setting takes time.
