Stirling-PDF

Stirling-PDF brings dozens of tools into one interface: merge, split, reorder pages, compress, OCR, redact, compare, sign, convert and no-code automation of action chains, plus a REST API for nearly every tool. You can install it as a desktop program or run it on an office server (for example with Docker) and use it from the browser, so files never leave the internal network. It suits an office that wants a shared PDF tool without uploading project documents to outside websites. Limitation: a server install needs some technical skill, and on the vendor’s hosted cloud files are processed on its servers.
