TeamViewer lets you connect to another computer by ID and password or through an account, control it, transfer files, chat, and connect from a mobile device or a browser web app. It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS and mobile devices. The free version suits connecting to your own personal computers and helping family and friends. Limitation: free use for work is not allowed, not even briefly checking work email from home; the system detects use that looks commercial and limits connection time.
