Trilium Notes

A program for notes and a personal knowledge base in a tree structure, where each note can hold sub-notes, labels and relations. Note types include rich text, Markdown and code, canvas, Mermaid diagrams, mind maps and spreadsheets. It offers full-text search, revision history, encryption for sensitive notes, and sync between computers through a server you host yourself. Data is stored in an SQLite database rather than plain files, so backup and export need some attention.
