A finite element package made of a solver and a graphical pre/post-processor, using an input syntax very close to that of Abaqus — which makes it a comfortable step across for anyone who knows the commercial tool. It handles static, dynamic, eigenfrequency, thermal and nonlinear analysis, and it is also the solver that drives the FreeCAD FEM workbench. Relatively easy to install and run on a single machine.
