GPU Screen Recorder

GPU Screen Recorder records the screen on Linux with all capture and encoding done on the AMD, Intel or NVIDIA graphics card, so the impact on system performance is very small. It works on X11 and Wayland, supports H.264, HEVC and AV1, and can also stream or keep an in-memory buffer of the last few minutes and save it on demand. It suits recording a heavy simulation or a moving 3D model without slowing the program itself. Graphical interfaces are available on Flathub. Limitations: Linux only, variable frame rate by default, and AMD or Intel machines on Wayland need administrator rights.
