The most widely used open channel flow program in the world: a one- and two-dimensional hydraulic model computing water surface profiles in rivers and channels, culverts and bridges, steady and unsteady flow, sediment transport and dam break analysis. Distributed free by the US Army Corps of Engineers and used internationally for drainage design and floodplain mapping, together with the RAS Mapper module that ties the result to a terrain model.
