MEASUR
Download from the vendor industrialresources.ornl.gov

MEASUR (Manufacturing Energy Assessment Software for Utility Reduction) is a US Department of Energy software suite developed at ORNL for energy-efficiency assessments in manufacturing plants. It brings together modules for pumping, fan, steam, compressed-air and process-heating systems, an Energy Treasure Hunt module and dozens of engineering calculators, replacing legacy tools such as PSAT, FSAT, PHAST and AirMaster+. Suited to mechanical and electrical engineers, energy managers and energy auditors. Limitations: it targets industrial systems rather than buildings; default energy prices and equipment data reflect the US market and need adjusting; the interface is English only.
