Pyomo
Download from the vendor www.pyomo.org

An algebraic modelling language for optimisation, written in Python. You define variables, constraints and the objective in a form close to mathematical notation, and Pyomo passes the problem to a suitable solver. It supports linear, nonlinear and mixed-integer programming and is used for process design, production scheduling, energy system planning and allocation problems. It is the foundation for other tools such as IDAES. Note that Pyomo does not include solvers — a free or commercial solver must be installed separately.
