DIALux evo — The Complete Guide: Lighting Design and Calculation for Interiors, Exteriors and Streets

DIALux evo from DIAL GmbH is lighting design software: you build a 3D model of a room, building, outdoor area or street, place luminaires from manufacturer catalogues and get a calculation of illuminance, uniformity and glare.

What you get

What is free and what is paid

The software is free, including for professional work, with all design and calculation features and luminaires from member manufacturers, who fund development. A my.dialux.com account is required. Paid extras: Unlock Non-Members for luminaires from non-member manufacturers, and DIALux Pro for export to Microsoft Office, IFC import and export, and a bridge to Revit. It runs on Windows.
