A 2D drafting program from which LibreCAD was originally forked, with a tidy interface and a large parts library. The Community Edition is open source and completely free and includes most of the drafting tools, while DWG import and export and certain add-ons are reserved for the commercial version. For anyone whose work is mainly 2D drafting this is one of the most mature options available at no cost.
