Sejda PDF lets you edit existing text in a file, add text, images and links, fill and sign forms, and also merge, split, compress, crop, convert and run OCR. It is available as a website and as a program for Windows, macOS and Linux. It suits fixing a mistake in a document you only received as a PDF. Free limits: on the web up to 3 tasks per hour, documents up to 200 pages and 50 MB and one file per task; on desktop 3 tasks per day. On the web files are uploaded to Sejda’s servers and deleted automatically after two hours; the desktop program processes files locally without uploading.
