The classic tool for analysing and designing airfoil sections at low Reynolds numbers: lift and drag coefficients, pressure distribution, transition to turbulence and separation. It runs from the command line and looks like software from the nineties, which is exactly what it is — and it remains the reference point every other tool in the field is measured against.
