The tools here are unusually strong and do not fall short of the commercial ones — this is one of the categories where open source won the market. You will find a full GIS with a large plugin ecosystem, a dedicated tool for raster and terrain analysis, a coordinate converter, and a photogrammetry tool that turns drone imagery into survey data.
Watch the coordinate reference systems: international tools do not always know the Israeli grid out of the box, and you may need to define or convert it.
